Hosting Environment

• Server is a single processor machine with a speed in excess of 500 Mhz running windows 2000.
• Connection is a DSL connection with I/O speeds of 4.2 &1.0 mgb
• Connection is provided by Rogers
• Each server will have no more than two production sites on it at this time.  If usage of either site impacts on the other it will be moved to it’s own Server.
• Optionally the client can provide their own hardware.

Included with Hosting

• Nightly backups
• Daily monitoring of log files
• General server maintenance
• 20G of disk space.
• Volume measured by either
• An average of 200 accesses per week (defined by the number of times a week a user signs on.) or
• 2 GB/Month up and download
• 9-5 server support, on call for serious issues
• 1 business day response time to re-establish environment in the case of a complete loss of server due to crash.
• Use of Sys-X hardware for hosting
• Simple MS Proxy based firewall.
