Support package Includes: With our support package Sys-X Corporation will take over the support of all of your servers and networking components. We will perform numerous tasks every month including the following to ensure that your network and servers are secure, are running at peak performance and are safe from failure:

• Operating system patch installation
• Updating virus scanning and spyware software
• Cleaning up storage and shares
• Monitoring backup processes
• Managing firewall
• Manage Spam removal from email servers
• Manage Domain Controllers and Active directory
• Managing Exchange Server
• Managing Database (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 etc.)

The cost of this service is based on the number of servers you have and what they do.

We are also available for onsite hardware or software upgrades and other support tasks. These services are billed on an hourly basis and will be quoted at the time prior to providing the service. Examples of some of these activities include:

• Hard drive installation or other hardware upgrades
• Network configuration
• Firewall setup
• Webpage setup
• Cabling
• Print or file server setup
• Setting up a new users workstation
• Installing internet access
